About This Opportunity

Our talent team at Get A Job.ai is representing a confidential e-commerce client seeking a Head of Meta Creatives based in the Philippines. This is an independent contractor engagement working directly with the founder of a successful direct-to-consumer brand that has scaled significantly through Meta advertising.

You'll own the complete Meta creative strategy and production process—from research and concept development through scripting, filming, editing, and final delivery. This is a hands-on role where you'll combine original concepts, competitor-inspired adaptations, and iterations of proven winners to build a sustainable creative pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Research customer insights, competitor advertising, and account performance to identify creative opportunities
• Develop original concepts, adapt relevant competitor approaches, and iterate on winning advertisements
• Write high-converting Meta ad scripts with strong hooks and clear storytelling
• Write accompanying ad copy including primary text, headlines, and calls-to-action
• Plan and shoot supporting product B-roll footage for use across multiple creatives
• Edit footage into compelling Meta video ads with effective pacing and retention
• Design direct-response static ads with multiple copy and visual variations
• Review creative results with the media buyer and recommend testing priorities
• Manage the weekly creative pipeline, asset library, revisions, and final delivery
• Meet weekly output targets: 4 video concepts (each with 3 hook versions) and 4 static concepts (each with 3 variations), plus all accompanying copy

What We're Looking For

Required qualifications:

• Several years of hands-on experience developing, scripting, and editing direct-response Meta ads for DTC/e-commerce brands
• Deep understanding of creative research, customer psychology, hooks, angles, retention, pacing, and direct-response creative principles
• Ability to interpret creative performance in Meta Ads Manager and translate findings into specific creative decisions
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere, CapCut, or DaVinci Resolve with solid grasp of Meta placement specifications
• Ability to independently plan and shoot high-quality product B-roll
• Strong static ad design skills including layout, typography, visual hierarchy, and direct-response copywriting
• Experience directing UGC creators and actors to capture usable content
• Experience with ad research tools like Foreplay, TrendTrack, or Atria
• Experience with AI video, voice, and animation tools (HeyGen, ElevenLabs, Higgsfield ideal)
• Portfolio of ads you scripted and edited that have run with $10,000+ in paid spend per ad

Nice to have:

• Interest or experience expanding creative output beyond Meta to platforms like Google and TikTok

• Must be Philippines-based
• Independent contractor agreement
• Flexible scheduling with minimum output requirements
• Must disclose any existing ongoing roles or client work
• Expected to reflect this engagement on LinkedIn profile clearly marked as "Independent Contractor"

Pay

Pay via Get A Job.ai: $2,000 AUD - $3,000 AUD monthly, plus 2% commission on ad spend for creatives that reach at least $1,500 AUD in monthly spend and meet performance targets.
