We are representing a confidential home services organization seeking a skilled Dispatcher to coordinate technician schedules and optimize service delivery operations. This is a fully remote position based in the Philippines, working during US business hours.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily dispatch operations by assigning technicians based on priority, location, and skill requirements
• Optimize scheduling to maximize job completion rates and meet daily operational targets
• Maintain clear communication with field technicians throughout the day, providing instructions and real-time updates
• Coordinate with customers regarding appointment times, schedule changes, and service updates
• Handle rescheduling requests, follow-up calls, and post-service customer satisfaction outreach
• Work with logistics teams to confirm materials, permits, and resource availability before dispatch
• Ensure all job details are accurately documented for reporting and billing purposes
• Maintain a full schedule by proactively booking appointments and making outbound calls when needed
• Track performance metrics including job counts, priority assignments, and completion rates
• Address customer escalations professionally and work toward timely resolution

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 1 year of dispatching, scheduling, or coordination experience with US-based companies
• Direct experience in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or related home services industries working with US clients—this is required
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills
• Proven ability to multitask effectively in high-volume, fast-paced environments
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and sound decision-making under pressure
• Typing speed of 50+ words per minute with confident system navigation
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook) and CRM platforms
• Detail-oriented with strong follow-through and task prioritization skills
• Calm, professional demeanor when handling challenging situations
• Currently residing in the Philippines with stable internet and a professional remote workspace
