Our talent team is representing a confidential wireless retail client in the Saugus, MA area. This is a full-time Wireless Retail Sales Representative position with a well-established AT&T authorized retailer operating across multiple locations. Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to understand their wireless needs and recommend appropriate devices, plans, and accessories
• Process sales transactions and activations while ensuring accuracy and compliance
• Maintain product knowledge on current wireless devices, features, and service offerings
• Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process and follow-up
• Maintain store presentation standards and merchandising guidelines

What We're Looking For

• Previous retail sales experience, preferably in wireless, consumer electronics, or telecommunications
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset
• Proven ability to meet sales goals in a fast-paced environment
• Comfort with technology and ability to learn new products quickly
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• High school diploma or equivalent required
