Marketing Minijob (m/w/d)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential technology startup in the construction and real estate sector, seeking a creative Marketing professional for a flexible minijob position (approximately 10 hours per week) in Böblingen.

In this role, you will:

• Plan, create, and publish content on LinkedIn and Instagram to build social media presence and reach
• Develop engaging posts, graphics, and short videos that communicate complex software solutions in accessible ways
• Support the development of consistent brand identity across touchpoints including logo, website, and visual materials
• Maintain and update the company website to ensure current, relevant content
• Collaborate with the founding team to develop clear, persuasive external communication about the client's AI-powered software platform

What We're Looking For

• Experience or genuine interest in social media and content marketing, particularly on LinkedIn and Instagram
• Strong instinct for copy, visual design, and brand development
• Independent, structured working style with ability to manage flexible 10-hour weekly schedule autonomously
• Enthusiasm for the startup environment and opportunity to shape marketing from the ground up
• German language proficiency at minimum C1 level
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Prior knowledge of the construction industry is not required
