About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential e-commerce logistics organization seeking a Logistics Team Leader for their operations facility in Le Thillay. This is a permanent contract (CDI) position where you will play a critical role in managing daily warehouse operations, leading teams, and ensuring smooth execution of sorting, inventory, and order fulfillment activities.

Reporting to the Site Manager, you will direct technical and human resources to achieve operational excellence while maintaining a positive work environment.

Responsibilities

• Assign daily tasks to team members and ensure proper execution while maintaining hygiene, safety, and cleanliness standards
• Manage order distribution according to operational priorities and actively participate in execution
• Monitor inventory with precision, including accurate tracking of inbound and outbound movements
• Organize and conduct bi-annual physical inventories
• Communicate essential information for activity planning: consumables tracking, reporting anomalies and system issues
• Anticipate operational constraints and adjust resources based on workload and team versatility
• Lead, motivate, and unite team members around shared objectives
• Utilize warehouse equipment including stackers and potentially CACES 1 and 3 certified machinery

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role (team leader or logistics coordinator)
• At least 5 years of confirmed experience in logistics operations
• Bac +2 qualification or equivalent
• Excellent interpersonal skills: active listening, communication, diplomacy, and adaptability
• Proven ability to lead, animate, and federate teams
• Strong organizational skills, rigor, reactivity, team spirit, and proactive mindset
• Proficiency with office tools, particularly Excel
• Knowledge of WMS/WCS systems fundamentals
• Comfortable with manual handling operations
• Experience operating stackers; CACES 1 and 3 certifications would be a significant asset
• French language proficiency required for this role
