Enterprise Account Executive – DACH (f/m/d)

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential SaaS organization seeking an Enterprise Account Executive for their DACH markets. This role is based in London with a hybrid schedule requiring office presence 2-3 times per week. You'll lead end-to-end sales processes with enterprise clients, driving adoption and uncovering new revenue opportunities within named accounts. Working alongside partnership and customer success teams, you'll engage in consultative selling with professional developers and business leaders across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.

Responsibilities

• Generate pipeline through outbound sales motions, collaborating with marketing and business development teams to create opportunities in regional accounts
• Drive expansion opportunities with existing clients in the DACH territory
• Grow accounts by leveraging relationships and executing a land-and-expand sales model
• Meet quarterly and annual sales targets through strategic account planning, pipeline management, sales reporting, market analysis, client presentations, and proposal development
• Manage RFI and RFQ processes with internal teams and customers
• Refine the land-and-expand approach in collaboration with sales, partnerships, and customer success colleagues
• Understand prospects' digital experience challenges and align solutions using value-based selling techniques
• Partner with sales engineers and solution architects to identify technical challenges and opportunities
• Develop innovative proposals, structure complex pricing, and negotiate contracts efficiently
• Collaborate with customer success and marketing teams to implement best practices at client organizations

What We're Looking For

• 6+ years selling technical platforms, with experience as SDR, BDR, and/or Account Executive
• 3+ years carrying individual quota
• 2+ years growing and expanding existing customer accounts
• Proven track record closing opportunities valued at $100k+
• Strong outbound pipeline generation capabilities

Nice to Have:

• Experience working with partner ecosystems in customer engagements
• Understanding of product-led growth sales motions
• Fluent German language skills
