Associate, Paid Social

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential digital marketplace client in their search for an Associate, Paid Social to join their performance marketing team in London. This is a hybrid role focused on scaling user acquisition across multiple markets through paid social channels, with a primary focus on Meta advertising.

Our client operates at significant scale across international markets, and this role offers hands-on experience managing campaigns, analyzing creative performance, and contributing to growth strategies that directly impact business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Set up and manage paid social campaigns on Meta across assigned markets, including campaign structure, audience targeting, budget management, and daily optimizations
• Monitor campaign performance, identify anomalies, diagnose root causes, and escalate issues with recommended solutions rather than waiting for direction
• Analyze creative performance across markets using metrics such as hook rate, hold rate, CTR, and creative matrix frameworks
• Translate performance insights into structured monthly creative briefs for brand and creative teams
• Contribute to brainstorming sessions with ideas grounded in competitor research, platform trends, and category benchmarks
• Support cross-team initiatives including Conversion Lift Studies and AI tooling rollouts with clear ownership of defined workstreams

What We're Looking For

• 1-2 years of experience in paid social or performance marketing
• Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager is a plus
• Comfortable working with data—able to pull reports, identify patterns, and communicate insights in clear language
• Experience utilizing AI tools to improve efficiencies and integrate them into daily workflows
• Curiosity about creative: you pay attention to what performs well, understand why, and can bring that perspective to campaign strategy
• Self-starter who flags problems early, proposes solutions, and follows through independently
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple markets and workstreams simultaneously
• Collaborative communicator who can translate performance data into actionable insights for creative teams
