About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential pest control organization seeking an Outside Sales Professional in West Berlin, Camden County. This is a full-time role for a motivated sales professional who thrives in a field-based environment and enjoys building relationships with residential and commercial clients.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outside sales activities to generate new business and expand the client base
• Meet with prospective customers at their locations to assess needs and present service solutions
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads through territory management and prospecting
• Build strong relationships with residential and commercial customers to drive retention and referrals
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction
• Collaborate with service teams to ensure smooth onboarding and customer experience

What We're Looking For

• Proven sales experience, preferably in outside or field sales roles
• Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a territory
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for daily travel within the territory
• Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Ability to work flexible hours including occasional evenings or weekends as needed

Pay

Pay via Get A Job.ai: $29,640–$32,760 annually.
