About This Opportunity

We are representing a leading European consultancy with a strong presence across multiple markets. Our client is seeking a seasoned consulting professional to join their Production & Operations practice in Germany. This role offers the opportunity to drive strategic transformations for major industrial clients while building a thriving consulting practice.

You will advise C-level executives on complex operational challenges, lead multidisciplinary teams, and play a key role in business development. Based in Hamburg, München, or Düsseldorf with remote flexibility, you'll work at the intersection of strategy, technology, and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Advise senior executives on strategic transformation and operational excellence initiatives across manufacturing and supply chain environments
• Build and expand trusted relationships with key accounts while identifying new business opportunities
• Lead proposal development and contribute to acquiring new consulting engagements
• Design target operating models, transformation strategies, and implementation roadmaps for complex organizations
• Manage large-scale transformation programs including reorganization, cost optimization, and operational improvement initiatives
• Provide strategic guidance on manufacturing, supply chain, network optimization, and operational strategy topics
• Lead multidisciplinary project teams ensuring successful delivery, client satisfaction, and measurable business impact
• Coach and develop consulting team members while contributing to practice growth

What We're Looking For

• 7-10+ years of experience in management consulting with a proven track record leading complex transformation programs and client engagements
• University degree in engineering, business administration, economics, or related field
• Deep expertise in manufacturing, supply chain, engineering, or operational transformation environments
• Demonstrated success in developing strategic client relationships, growing key accounts, and driving business development
• Extensive experience leading large-scale transformation and operational excellence initiatives
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills across all organizational levels
• Proven leadership experience managing, coaching, and developing consulting teams
• Fluent German and English language skills
• Flexibility and willingness to travel based on client and project needs
• Analytical mindset combined with strong interpersonal skills and an entrepreneurial can-do mentality
