Sr. Director, Global GTM Strategy

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential cybersecurity organization seeking a Sr. Director, Global GTM Strategy for a Tennessee-based role. Our client is looking for a strategic leader to architect and optimize global go-to-market initiatives across customer segments, regions, and routes to market. This position will drive sustainable, scalable, and profitable growth through comprehensive GTM strategy development and execution.

Responsibilities

• Architect and optimize global go-to-market strategy across multiple customer segments and geographic regions
• Design scalable routes to market that drive sustainable and profitable growth
• Develop comprehensive GTM frameworks that align with business objectives
• Partner with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, product, and operations
• Analyze market dynamics and competitive landscapes to inform strategic decisions
• Build and refine segmentation models and customer targeting approaches
• Lead strategic planning initiatives and executive-level presentations
• Drive organizational alignment around GTM priorities and execution

What We're Looking For

• 10+ years of experience in go-to-market strategy, sales operations, or strategic planning roles
• Proven track record developing and implementing global GTM strategies in B2B technology environments
• Deep understanding of enterprise software sales models and distribution channels
• Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable strategies
• Executive presence and ability to influence senior leadership
• Experience with customer segmentation, market analysis, and competitive positioning
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strategic mindset balanced with execution excellence
• MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred
