About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential sustainability organization in Stuttgart seeking a working student (20 hours per week) to join their Sustainable Finance team starting October 2026. This role offers hands-on experience at the intersection of finance, real estate, and environmental transformation.

Our client is active in the building and property sector, focusing on sustainability frameworks and green building practices. This position provides direct exposure to regulatory developments and economic analysis in sustainable real estate.

Responsibilities

• Conduct analyses and research on sustainable finance topics, real estate economics, and property valuation
• Support the preparation of presentations and analytical materials
• Investigate regulatory requirements related to sustainable finance and green buildings (EPBD, EU Taxonomy, and related frameworks)
• Assist in evaluating economic feasibility of sustainable renovation projects
• Contribute to research on sustainable real estate markets and financial products

What We're Looking For

• Currently enrolled student in Sustainable Finance, Banking & Finance, Real Estate Economics, Business Administration, Sustainability Management, or related field
• Strong interest in sustainability, finance, and building transformation
• Motivated to tackle new challenges and quickly learn complex subject matter
• German and English language skills at minimum B2 level (written and spoken)
• Proficiency with standard Office applications
• Well-organized with strong capacity for independent work
• Available for 20 hours per week starting October 2026
• Based in or willing to relocate to Stuttgart, Germany
