Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential sustainability organization based in Stuttgart. This working student position (up to 20 hours per week) supports their professional education and training platform. Your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing and supporting events in various formats (in-person, digital, and on-demand offerings)
• Assisting with the creation and quality assurance of training materials including PowerPoint presentations, written content, and video materials
• Coordinating with trainers regarding course content and delivery
• Managing and processing data for certification experts via CRM systems
• Supporting the selection and preparation of event venues
• Assisting with examinations coordinated through university partners
• Helping handle customer inquiries and providing consultation
• Depending on your skills and interests, you may focus on specific areas within these responsibilities

What We're Looking For

Our client seeks a currently enrolled student in adult education, sustainability management, media education, business administration, architecture, civil engineering, or a comparable field. The ideal candidate will have:

• Ideally, some practical experience in event management or adult education
• Motivation to work with customers and trainers directly
• Interest in professional development and continuing education offerings related to sustainable building and property management
• Proficiency with standard Office programs
• Willingness to learn CRM software, examination platforms, and MS Office tools (Forms, Planner), or existing experience with these systems
• Ability to quickly understand new topics and subject matter
• Strong organizational skills, reliability, and comfort working independently
• German language proficiency required for this Stuttgart-based role
