Werkstudent Kundenservice | Spätschicht & Samstagsdienst (m/w/d)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential online marketplace client seeking a working student for customer service during evening shifts and Saturday service. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers interested in sustainable energy solutions and related services. You will conduct outbound calls and receive inbound inquiries, guiding conversations using structured frameworks to gather detailed project information. Your documentation ensures that customer requests are quickly matched with appropriate service providers. You will work with modern CRM systems and virtual phone tools to manage incoming requests efficiently. This is not a sales role – your focus is on understanding customer needs and accurate data collection.

What We're Looking For

• Currently enrolled at a university or college for at least two more semesters
• Previous experience in call center, customer service, inbound support, or customer care roles
• Strong service orientation with excellent telephone communication skills
• Comfortable using standard office technology tools with strong digital aptitude
• German language proficiency at C1 level in both written and spoken communication
• Ability to work 16-20 hours per week during semester, with potential for 40 hours during semester breaks
• Availability for evening shifts and Saturday service
