Werkstudent Consulting – Healthcare-IT & Krankenhausprozesse (m/w/d)

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential healthcare IT organization seeking a working student to support consulting projects focused on hospital digitalization. This role offers hands-on experience at the intersection of clinical processes and software implementation, working alongside experienced consultants on real client projects in Leipzig or Berlin.

As part of our talent team, you'll gain practical insight into how hospitals digitalize their workflows and how healthcare information systems are deployed to support physicians, nurses, and administrative staff in their daily work.

Responsibilities

• Support consultants during digitalization and software implementation projects at hospital clients
• Assist in preparing workshops, client meetings, and presentations
• Contribute to training sessions and go-live preparations depending on project phase
• Research clinical and process-related questions and present findings in a structured manner
• Gain exposure to various hospital information system modules including medication management, intensive care, operating rooms, patient administration, and medical documentation
• Collaborate closely with senior consultants and cross-functional teams to understand healthcare IT projects from requirements through implementation

What We're Looking For

• Currently enrolled in Medical Informatics, Medicine, Nursing Sciences, Health Economics, Health Management, eHealth, Digital Health, Process Management, or a comparable program
• Ideally, prior exposure to hospital processes through internship, vocational training, previous working student role, or university project
• Structured, detail-oriented, and independent working style with willingness to take ownership of tasks
• Strong communication skills and comfort engaging with diverse stakeholders
• Excellent German language skills (minimum C1 level)
• Availability of 15-20 hours per week during the semester
