Sr. Partner Manager

ServiceNow is hiring a Sr. Partner Manager to join our Toronto, Ontario, Canada office in a remote capacity. In this role, you'll drive strategic partnerships that accelerate customer success and fuel business growth for one of the world's leading cloud platforms.

Position Summary

As a Sr. Partner Manager at ServiceNow, you will develop and execute partner strategies that expand our ecosystem and drive revenue growth. You'll manage high-impact partner relationships, ensuring alignment on business objectives, mutual success, and long-term partnership value. This full-time remote position offers the opportunity to shape how ServiceNow's partner community grows and evolves in the Canadian market and beyond.

Your Responsibilities

• Own the complete partner lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding through performance management and growth planning
• Develop comprehensive partner business plans aligned with ServiceNow's strategic objectives and regional goals
• Establish and maintain strong working relationships with key partner leadership, serving as the strategic liaison
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, product, and delivery teams to enable partner success and co-selling activities
• Negotiate and finalize partner agreements, terms, and performance expectations
• Monitor partner performance against targets, conduct quarterly business reviews, and drive continuous improvement
• Design and deliver partner enablement initiatives, including training programs and market resources
• Identify and evaluate new partnership opportunities that align with ServiceNow's business strategy

What You Bring

• Extensive experience managing partner relationships and ecosystems in technology, SaaS, or enterprise software sectors
• Proven success developing and scaling partner programs that drive measurable revenue growth
• Strong negotiation and contract management skills with experience in complex, multi-party agreements
• Strategic mindset with the ability to build long-term partnership roadmaps and market strategies
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholder relationships and competing priorities effectively
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal capabilities
• Analytical aptitude and proficiency with partner performance metrics, CRM systems, and reporting tools
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related discipline, or equivalent professional background
