About This Position

As a Field Sales Specialist, you'll be the face of Delivery Hero in the market, working directly with restaurant owners, shop managers, and business decision-makers to onboard new partners onto our platform. You'll operate independently across assigned territories, combining strategic prospecting with consultative sales to showcase how our services increase their revenue and operational efficiency. Your role bridges the gap between local merchant needs and our platform capabilities, making you essential to our growth strategy.

What You'll Do

• Identify and approach potential restaurant and retail partners in your assigned areas of Dhaka
• Present Delivery Hero's value proposition, demonstrating how our platform increases customer reach and orders
• Negotiate partnership terms, commission structures, and onboarding agreements with merchant owners and managers
• Manage the complete sales cycle from initial contact through partner activation and early support
• Gather market intelligence and provide feedback on local competitor activity and merchant needs
• Maintain detailed records of prospects, pipeline activity, and closed partnerships in our CRM systems
• Collaborate with operations and support teams to ensure smooth partner integration and satisfaction

Requirements

• Proven field sales or direct sales experience, ideally in B2B environments or business services
• Strong communication and negotiation skills in Bengali and English
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet ambitious targets
• Comfortable with frequent travel across Dhaka using personal or company transport
• Basic proficiency with CRM software and mobile applications
• Genuine interest in the food delivery, logistics, or gig economy sectors
• Strong relationship-building and customer service orientation
