The Opportunity

Core Duties

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on containers and chassis equipment under supervision
• Conduct equipment inspections to identify mechanical issues and wear
• Assist experienced mechanics with shop and trailer repairs
• Use hand and power tools to maintain and service fleet equipment
• Document repair work and maintenance records accurately
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment
• Participate in training and skill-development programs

Who We're Looking For

• High school diploma or GED
• Mechanical aptitude and strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to work with hand and power tools
• Physical ability to perform mechanical work and lift equipment
• Commitment to safety and attention to detail
• Reliability and willingness to learn from experienced technicians
• Ability to work a full-time schedule, 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday
