Route Service Manager – UniFirst

UniFirst is hiring a Route Service Manager to lead operations in Anchor, McLean County. This is a full-time position managing a growing team and customer accounts in our service territory.

UniFirst is looking for an experienced Route Service Manager to take charge of our operations in Anchor, McLean County. You'll oversee a dedicated team responsible for delivering services to diverse clients across the region, from small local businesses to Fortune 500 corporations. What You'll Do

• Recruit, hire, train, and supervise Route Service Supervisors and Route Service Representatives
• Manage daily operations and service delivery to multiple customer accounts
• Drive customer satisfaction and retention across your territory
• Identify and pursue account expansion and new business opportunities
• Monitor team performance, productivity, and service quality standards
• Coordinate scheduling and route logistics to optimize service delivery
• Build and maintain strong relationships with both customers and internal stakeholders
