Route Service Manager – UniFirst

UniFirst is hiring a full-time Route Service Manager for our Eastland Commons location in McLean County. As a Route Service Manager, you'll build and inspire a growing team of Route Service Supervisors and Representatives to deliver excellence across our customer base—from local independent businesses to enterprise-level corporations—while driving revenue growth and customer loyalty.

What You'll Do

• Recruit, hire, and develop Route Service Supervisors and Route Service Representatives to exceed performance targets
• Lead daily operations across multiple service routes serving a diverse portfolio of customers
• Build lasting relationships with clients ranging from small independent businesses to large corporate accounts
• Drive measurable improvements in customer satisfaction, retention, and account expansion
• Monitor team performance, coaching representatives to deliver consistent, high-quality service
• Contribute to route profitability through operational efficiency and revenue optimization
• Oversee scheduling, resource allocation, and route management to maximize productivity

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience managing and motivating service or sales teams
• Track record of driving customer satisfaction and account growth in a field service or route-based environment
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with customers and team members
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented culture
• Experience with performance management, KPIs, and profitability drivers
• Flexibility to support field operations as needed
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
