About the Role

As a Maintenance Technician I, you'll be a valued team member in our Maintenance Department, responsible for keeping our industrial systems running smoothly. This is a Monday-through-Friday position with periodic night and weekend overtime opportunities. You'll work with modern equipment and gain hands-on experience in a structured, supportive environment.

What You'll Do

• Perform repairs and maintenance on industrial equipment and mechanical systems
• Conduct installation work on equipment, components, and assemblies
• Troubleshoot system failures and identify root causes
• Follow safety protocols and maintain organized work areas
• Document maintenance activities and equipment performance
• Collaborate with the maintenance team to meet operational goals

What We're Looking For

• Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting mindset
• Ability to read technical drawings and schematics
• Hands-on experience with industrial equipment, HVAC, electrical systems, or mechanical repair
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
• Reliable, punctual attendance and willingness to work overtime as scheduled
• Valid driver's license preferred
