About the Role

As Interior Principal–Client Service Leader, you'll be the strategic champion and face of our interiors practice, managing high-value client relationships while driving business development and expanding our practice footprint. You'll establish and shape the vision for transformative workplace and headquarters design initiatives, oversee complex design projects from concept through completion, and lead a talented team of designers and architects committed to creating spaces where organizations and people thrive.

What You'll Do

• Lead and cultivate strategic relationships with corporate clients, headquarters organizations, and workplace decision-makers
• Direct the creative vision and delivery of large-scale interior design and workplace transformation projects
• Develop and execute go-to-market strategies to expand the interiors practice in target regions
• Oversee design teams to ensure project excellence, innovation, and client satisfaction
• Represent Jacobs in business development, competitive proposals, and executive-level strategic meetings
• Coach and develop interior design talent to build a high-performing regional team

What We're Looking For

• Principal-level experience leading complex interior design and workplace strategy projects
• Proven expertise in corporate headquarters, workplace, and corporate real estate design
• Demonstrated success managing client relationships at the C-suite and executive level
• Strong business development background and track record growing design practices
• Ability to lead, mentor, and inspire high-performing design and architecture teams
• Excellent communication and presentation skills across all stakeholder levels
