About the Role

As a Route Coverage Specialist, you'll be the backbone of our service continuity, covering assigned delivery routes whenever our primary Route Service Representatives require backup support. You'll work flexible, assigned routes while maintaining the customer service excellence UniFirst is known for across Westmoreland County.

What You'll Do

• Cover and complete assigned delivery routes, ensuring customers receive products on schedule
• Deliver uniforms and products to residential and commercial customers throughout the service territory
• Load, transport, and unload merchandise safely and efficiently
• Manage your route schedule to meet daily objectives and customer commitments
• Build customer relationships and address service requests professionally
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries and communicate status updates to dispatch
• Conduct basic vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs
• Adapt quickly to route changes and operational priorities

What We're Looking For

• Valid US driver's license with a clean driving record
• Reliable transportation and ability to operate company vehicles
• Physical capability to lift and load items regularly throughout your shift
