Role Overview

As a Production Hourly team member at Pilgrim's, you'll be part of a dedicated group focused on maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality. Working directly on our processing lines, you'll contribute to the production of poultry products that reach customers across the country. Your role is hands-on, fast-paced, and essential to our operations in Waco.

What You'll Do

• Cut, trim, and prepare poultry products according to established specifications
• Package finished products securely and efficiently for distribution
• Inspect items to ensure they meet our strict quality standards
• Follow proper sanitation and safety protocols throughout your shift
• Maintain a clean, organized work area to support team productivity
• Work collaboratively with other production team members

Skills & Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Ability to stand, walk, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
• Willingness to follow instructions and company procedures consistently
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Comfortable working in a production environment
• Physical ability to lift, carry, and handle products as required
