About the Role

As a Broiler Service Technician with Pilgrim's, you will serve as a vital link between our growers and our production operations across the Guntersville, Marshall County area. Your daily focus will be monitoring flock conditions, advising on best practices, and confirming that every operation aligns with Pilgrim's Pride Corporation (PPC) animal care and production standards. Key Responsibilities

• Observe and assess broiler flock health, welfare, and overall performance on a routine basis.
• Support growers with guidance to optimize bird care, comfort, and production outcomes.
• Verify that flock management practices meet PPC animal care and production requirements.
• Identify and address conditions that may affect flock health, raising concerns promptly.
• Maintain accurate records and communicate findings to the appropriate teams.
• Uphold safety as a core condition in every task and interaction.
