Production Supervisor

Pilgrim's is hiring a Production Supervisor to lead daily operations at our Marshville, Union County poultry production facility. This is a full-time position where you'll take charge of production workflows, drive safety excellence, and ensure our quality standards are consistently met.

About This Position

As Production Supervisor at Pilgrim's, you'll step into a critical supervisory leadership role where safety and operational excellence drive every decision. Each day, you'll oversee production activities across the facility, coordinate teams, and make real-time decisions that keep operations running smoothly. Your focus will be ensuring production targets are achieved without compromising the safety or well-being of your team members—a core principle we call a "Condition of Safety" at Pilgrim's.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production operations and workflows throughout the facility
• Monitor production metrics and work to meet established targets consistently
• Enforce safety protocols and conduct regular safety audits with your team
• Maintain quality assurance standards and address deviations promptly
• Lead, supervise, and mentor production floor personnel
• Coordinate equipment maintenance and communicate operational needs
• Document incidents, near-misses, and performance data as required

What We're Looking For

• Proven supervisory or leadership experience in a production or manufacturing environment
• Strong understanding of safety regulations and commitment to accident prevention
• Ability to communicate clearly and manage diverse teams effectively
• Experience with quality control and process improvement principles
• Proficiency with production tracking systems and basic computer skills
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications a plus
• Willingness to work rotating shifts as operational needs require
