Maintenance Supervisor

Pilgrim's is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead a team of skilled trades professionals at our Carrollton facility. In this full-time position, you'll oversee the maintenance, repair, and upkeep of facility equipment, buildings, and grounds infrastructure.

Position Summary

As Maintenance Supervisor, you'll manage daily operations of the maintenance department, directing a team of skilled workers through preventive maintenance schedules, equipment repairs, and facility improvement projects. You'll coordinate efforts across multiple trades—carpentry, masonry, painting, and mechanical systems—to keep our facility safe, operational, and compliant with all applicable standards. This role requires strong organizational skills, technical knowledge, and the ability to develop and motivate your team.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and schedule maintenance personnel on daily assignments, including repairs, inspections, and preventive maintenance
• Oversee structural repairs to building components including masonry, woodwork, roofing, and interior furnishings
• Direct major facility projects such as painting, equipment installation, and facility upgrades
• Manage maintenance of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and other utility systems
• Maintain inventory of tools, materials, and supplies; track maintenance costs and budget
• Enforce safety protocols and ensure OSHA compliance across all maintenance activities
• Document work orders, maintenance records, and equipment service history
• Collaborate with production and operations teams to minimize downtime

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• 5+ years of experience in facility maintenance or related skilled trades
• 2+ years of direct supervisory or lead experience
• Working knowledge of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry systems
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
• Valid driver's license
