What You'll Do
- Organize, maintain, and retrieve case files and legal documentation with precision
- Conduct legal research and assist attorneys in case analysis and strategy
- Prepare discovery documents and compile evidence for litigation
- Coordinate with clients to gather information and respond to inquiries
- Support deposition, settlement conference, and trial preparation activities
- Maintain case calendars and ensure all critical deadlines are tracked and met
- Draft correspondence and legal memoranda under attorney supervision
- Manage records and ensure compliance with court filing requirements
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent; paralegal certificate, legal assistant training, or related experience preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced legal environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, email systems, and legal practice management software
