About This Opportunity
We are representing a confidential SaaS organization in their search for a Senior/Staff Product Engineer (Frontend). This is a remote opportunity for product-minded engineers who want to bridge technical excellence with strategic thinking. Our client is building innovative solutions in the digital commerce space, and we're looking for someone who can drive both technical implementation and product direction.
Responsibilities
- Develop and enhance React applications within a modern microfrontends architecture
- Implement responsive user interfaces based on wireframes and designs from UX teams
- Write comprehensive unit and end-to-end tests for all features and applications you build
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including backend developers, designers, and product managers
- Participate in feature conception and optimization of existing functionality
- Analyze and resolve technical issues as they arise
- Work within an Agile environment following DevOps principles—you build it, you run it
- Contribute to API-first design discussions before implementation begins
- Deliver working software early and frequently, creating fast feedback loops
What We're Looking For
- 4-5+ years of professional JavaScript experience
- Strong expertise with React (Hooks, global state management, routing)
- Proficiency in ES6, TypeScript, Webpack, and ESLint
- Experience implementing highly responsive UI components using React concepts
- Strong CSS and HTML skills for creating user-friendly interfaces
- Understanding of application and cloud security principles
- Experience with GraphQL, Node.js, and AWS is a plus
- Background in eCommerce environments is beneficial
- Comfort working in serverless AWS environments with modern developer tooling and automation
- Tech stack includes: React, Svelte, TypeScript, GitLab CI/CD
