Senior Product Manager – SuperApp

We are representing a confidential fintech organization seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead their merchant-facing mobile application. This role sits at the intersection of user experience, commercial strategy, and product innovation, serving millions of small business owners across multiple markets. You'll own the end-to-end product experience for the primary platform that merchants rely on daily to run their operations.

Responsibilities

• Own the complete product experience for the merchant application, setting standards for UX quality, information architecture, and navigation across core surfaces
• Identify and execute activation, upsell, cross-sell, and retention initiatives that drive measurable engagement and long-term merchant value
• Define and execute product strategy to position the platform as an indispensable tool for small businesses globally
• Serve as the primary stakeholder interface for teams across the organization who depend on the platform to reach merchants
• Build collaborative relationships across engineering, design, and commercial functions to align priorities and translate merchant insights into actionable roadmaps

What We're Looking For

• Proven track record as a Senior Product Manager delivering measurable outcomes in engagement, retention, and monetization
• Deep expertise in product discovery, prioritization, and outcome-driven delivery
• Fluency working with both quantitative and qualitative data to inform product decisions
• Strong visual and UX judgment with experience leading customer research initiatives
• Ability to provide clear, constructive feedback to design teams
• Demonstrated skill managing stakeholders across design, engineering, and commercial teams to drive roadmap alignment
• Experience working on consumer-facing applications at scale is highly valued

Location & Work Arrangement
