About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential financial services organization seeking a working student (Werkstudent) to join their finance and consulting team in a performance-oriented, entrepreneurial environment. This is not a typical student side job—it's a structured entry point into financial consulting with clear goals, professional coaching, and a pathway to a trainee program.

This remote role is designed for students who want responsibility, measurable outcomes, and an environment where performance matters. You'll receive structured onboarding, regular mentoring, and the opportunity to develop professionally while studying.

Important: Excellent German language skills (C1+) are required, as training, team communication, and future IHK certification pathways are conducted entirely in German.

Responsibilities

Initial Phase (First Weeks):

• Schedule client appointments through telephone outreach, networking, and lead follow-up to build a solid pipeline
• Learn conversation frameworks, needs assessment techniques, follow-up protocols, and documentation standards
• Work with KPIs, receive regular feedback, and systematically improve your results

Ongoing Responsibilities:

• Support analysis of client situations and prepare structured consulting materials
• Participate in client conversations (based on your development stage), manage follow-ups, and ensure clear next steps
• Maintain clean processes, document consistently, and ensure reliability across all tasks
• Collaborate closely with a high-performance team and take ownership of your task packages

What We're Looking For

Required:

• Currently enrolled student at a university or Fachhochschule
• German language proficiency at C1 level or higher (spoken and written)
• Strong communication skills, reliability, and commitment
• Self-initiative and structured working approach
• Motivation for performance and measurable results

Desired:

• Previous experience in sales, service, consulting, or performance-oriented environments (sports, competitive settings)

This role is not suitable if you:

• Are looking for a typical "few hours on the side" student job
• Want to avoid telephone work or appointment scheduling
• Have German language skills below C1 level
• Prioritize stability over development and growth
