About This Opportunity
We are representing a confidential legal tech organization in Berlin that is seeking a mandatory intern for client support. Our client uses digital automation to make legal services more accessible to consumers. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in client relations and case management within a modern legal services environment.
This is a full-time mandatory internship position based in Berlin, with hybrid flexibility after the probation period.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a point of contact for clients on employment law matters after comprehensive onboarding
- Support clients primarily via telephone and email communication
- Collaborate with attorneys and assist with case processing, including creating and maintaining digital client files
- Coordinate court appointments and ensure timely coverage through partner attorneys
- Communicate independently with authorities, courts, and legal protection insurance providers
- Standardize templates and contribute to continuous process optimization
What We're Looking For
- Must complete a mandatory one-year internship in Berlin to obtain Fachhochschulreife (technical college entrance qualification)
- Demonstrated interest in law firm work or legal case processing
- Meticulous, structured working style with enthusiasm for digital systems
- Strong team player who can also work independently
- German proficiency at C2 level required
- English proficiency at B2-C1 level required
