Program Manager, Executive Experiences

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential fintech organization seeking a Program Manager, Executive Experiences to lead operational excellence for high-profile leadership programs. This role sits at the intersection of product marketing, executive engagement, and B2B pipeline development, requiring someone who can move fluidly between strategic planning and hands-on execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end operational program management for flagship executive experiences, including major industry conferences, executive summits, and executive briefing center launches
• Build and maintain repeatable playbooks, best practices documentation, and toolkits to scale executive event execution efficiently
• Coordinate global budget planning and tracking in partnership with accountable leads to ensure spend alignment
• Own executive-ready program communications, creating unified status updates and leadership dashboards across functions
• Drive operational improvements through process innovation, automation, and AI-powered tools to transform team workflows

What We're Looking For

Minimum Requirements:

• 10+ years of project management experience, ideally in marketing or events
• Strong experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives
• Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders at executive and working team levels with competing priorities
• Excellent organizational, communication, and follow-through skills
• Experience managing budgets, creating playbooks, and operational documentation for scaled programs

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with large-scale, high-profile, executive-facing events
• Proficiency with project planning software such as Asana
• Experience with budget and procurement software
• Track record partnering with agencies, vendors, and third parties to establish consistency and standards
• Background in tech industry, financial services, payments, or B2B software
• Experience implementing AI workflow automation for project management
