Stage Data Scientist – Paris

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential data consulting organization seeking a Data Scientist Intern for their Paris office. Our client specializes in AI, data transformation, and analytics, serving major enterprise clients across multiple industries. This is an excellent opportunity to launch your career in data science within a dynamic, international environment.

This 6-month internship begins in January 2027 and is based in the 9th arrondissement of Paris.

Responsibilities

• Deliver data science projects, ensuring timely completion and quality standards
• Communicate work progress and achievements within cross-functional teams
• Collaborate closely with consulting counterparts to build and maintain strong client relationships and understand business needs
• Ensure technical solutions provide measurable value to client business challenges
• Research and develop innovative technical approaches to solve complex problems efficiently
• Share best practices and contribute to the organization's technical knowledge base

What We're Looking For

• Final-year engineering student, Master's degree candidate (M2), or equivalent in Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Applied Mathematics, Statistics, or Computer Science
• Available for a 6-month end-of-studies internship starting January 2027
• Strong understanding of the digital and data ecosystem and related technologies: web analytics, programmatic advertising, data management platforms, data lakes, data visualization, data science methodologies
• Genuine interest in business problem-solving and commercial challenges
• Practical and analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills, including the ability to break down complex issues, identify root causes, and recommend actionable solutions
• Fluent French (written and spoken) required for team collaboration
• Professional English proficiency for international client communication
• Previous experience through internships, academic projects, or junior consulting engagements in data or consulting ecosystems is a strong plus
