Overview

We are representing a confidential healthcare organization seeking bilingual Registered Nurses for a remote telehealth role starting September 28, 2026. Our client provides virtual care clinical services to diverse patient populations across the United States through phone, video, and chat channels.

This position offers the opportunity to maintain sharp clinical skills while working from home in a fast-paced environment. You'll conduct clinical triage assessments, provide health education, and guide patients to appropriate care resources—making meaningful connections with approximately 50,000 healthcare consumers daily.

Responsibilities

• Conduct telehealth clinical triage assessments and provide patient-focused care via phone, video, and chat
• Make independent clinical decisions on routine patient care matters within your RN scope of practice
• Accurately assess patient needs and direct them to appropriate levels of care
• Identify potential health problems and educate patients on healthcare resources
• Document all patient interactions via management software
• Communicate with team members and collaborate on patient care
• Monitor your performance through dashboard metrics and participate in coaching sessions
• Provide evidence-based care with empathy and cultural sensitivity

What We're Looking For

• Current, unrestricted Multi-State (compact) RN license in one of these states: AL, AR, CO, FL, GA, IA, ID, IN, KS, KY, LA, ME, MS, MO, MT, NE, NM, NC, ND, NH, OK, SC, SD, TN, TX, VA, WI, WY
• Willingness to obtain additional state licenses as required
• Minimum 3 years as a Registered Nurse with recent direct patient care experience; 3+ years preferred in high-acuity settings such as ICU, Critical Care, ER, Med-Surg, Telemetry, or Tele-Health/Telephonic Triage
• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish required
• Associate's degree from nursing program (diploma or technical college); Bachelor's degree preferred
• Strong critical thinking and clinical assessment skills
• Excellent multitasking abilities and attention to detail
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to develop virtual rapport with patients
• Home office that meets certification requirements for remote work
• Availability to work full-time (36-40 hours per week) including at least two weekend days every two weeks

Pay

Pay via Get A Job.ai: $35.50/hour
