About This Opportunity
Our talent team at Get A Job.ai is representing a confidential software consultancy with operations across the Americas. They're seeking an experienced React Engineer to join their growing team on a fully remote basis from Costa Rica.
This is a consultant role where you'll work on diverse client projects, contributing to complex systems that deliver real business impact. You'll be part of a collaborative environment that values continuous learning and professional growth.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop high-quality applications using React and modern web technologies
- Work on large-scale, complex systems for multiple client projects
- Create and maintain continuous integration and delivery pipelines
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project commitments and deadlines
- Contribute to shared libraries and technical solutions as needed
- Follow industry best practices and maintain high code quality standards
- Take ownership of your work and deliver on agreed-upon estimates
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of professional software development experience (5+ years preferred)
- 3+ years of hands-on professional experience with React
- Proven track record working on large, complex systems
- Four-year college degree required
- Strong ability to work through challenging technical problems independently
- Commitment to following best practices and attention to detail
- Positive, can-do attitude with excellent ownership mentality
- Experience with CI/CD practices and tooling
- Based in Costa Rica with legal authorization to work
