Werkstudent Sales Development (m/w/d)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential SaaS client in München who is looking for a working student to support their sales development efforts. In this role, you will:

• Research companies that match the target customer profile and identify relevant decision-makers
• Maintain accurate contact information and activity records in the CRM system
• Support outreach to potential customers via email, phone, and LinkedIn
• Conduct initial qualification conversations with prospects to assess fit and needs
• Schedule qualified meetings for the sales team
• Document all activities, insights, and outcomes systematically
• Collaborate on developing and testing outreach sequences to optimize engagement
• Provide feedback from conversations and research to sales and marketing teams

What We're Looking For

Must-haves:

• Currently enrolled at a university or higher education institution
• Strong communication skills and genuine enjoyment of interacting with people
• Structured, reliable, and self-directed work approach
• Curiosity and willingness to learn new topics quickly
• Comfortable initiating contact with new people
• Excellent German language skills, both written and spoken

Nice-to-haves:

• Previous experience in customer contact, service, sales, recruiting, or similar activities
• Interest in sales, software, digitalization, or customer service
• Familiarity with LinkedIn, CRM systems, or other digital tools
• Long-term interest in building B2B sales experience

This is a working student position (Werkstudent) based in München with hybrid work options. No prior sales experience is required—our talent team values attitude and aptitude over background. The right candidate will have opportunities to grow into a Sales Development Representative or Account Executive role.
