The Opportunity
Join a dynamic and innovative team at think about IT GmbH as our Senior Microsoft AI & Copilot Engineer. As a key member of the Cloud Computing & AI department in Nuremberg, you will be at the forefront of developing intelligent AI solutions using Microsoft Copilot, Azure AI, and sovereign AI technologies. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the continuous improvement of internal processes through cutting-edge technology.
Responsibilities
- Conception, development, and implementation of intelligent AI solutions based on Microsoft Copilot, Azure AI, and sovereign AI technologies for productive and secure use of artificial intelligence.
- Development of automation and assistance solutions with Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, Power Automate, and Microsoft Graph.
- Design, setup, and further development of AI agents, knowledge platforms, and intelligent automation solutions.
- Conception, implementation, and monitoring of AI governance policies in compliance with regulatory and legal requirements.
- Development of sovereign AI solutions using modern automation platforms and orchestration tools like n8n.
- Integration of Microsoft 365, Microsoft Graph, and Microsoft AI Services into existing business processes and application landscapes.
- Tech support for AI projects from requirement analysis through workshops and proof of concepts to production deployment.
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Microsoft AI, Copilot, and Azure AI development.
- Strong understanding of AI governance principles and regulatory compliance.
- Proficiency with automation tools like Power Automate and Copilot Studio.
- Experience integrating AI solutions into existing business processes.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a team environment.
