Wir suchen im Auftrag unseres Mandanten – einem innovativen Lebensmittel-Unternehmen in Berlin – eine/n Werkstudent/in für das Rezeptmanagement. In dieser Rolle unterstützt du das kulinarische Operations-Team bei der Pflege und Verwaltung von Rezeptdaten.
- Rezept-Management: Pflege und Aktualisierung von Rezeptdaten in internen Systemen sowie kurzfristige Anpassung von Rezepten bei Änderungen von Zutaten
- Korrekturlesen: Prüfung von Rezepten auf korrekte Datenpunkte, Vollständigkeit und Konsistenz
- Rezept-Optimierung: Erstellung und Überprüfung anpassbarer Rezeptvarianten auf Basis bestehender Rezepte
- Datenkontrolle: Regelmäßige Validierung der Einträge im System sowie systematische Fehleranalyse und -behebung
- Performance-Analyse: Unterstützung bei der Auswertung von Rezepten auf Basis von Kundenfeedback sowie Zusammenfassung neuer Erkenntnisse und wiederkehrender Muster
Bitte beachte, dass diese Stelle zunächst auf 12 Monate befristet ist.
Was wir suchen
- Laufendes Studium mit Bezug zu Ernährung, Daten, Naturwissenschaften oder Wirtschaft
- Begeisterung für die Themen Essen und Kochen sowie grundlegendes kulinarisches Verständnis (z. B. Garzeiten, Geschmacksprofile, Zutatenkunde), welches eine fachliche Beurteilung bzw. Bearbeitung von Rezepten ermöglicht
- Detailverliebtheit, Zuverlässigkeit und ein selbstständiger Arbeitsstil, kombiniert mit Freude an klaren Strukturen und sorgfältiger Datenpflege
- Lösungsorientiertes Denken und die Fähigkeit, logisch nachvollziehbare Alternativen selbstständig zu entwickeln
- Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (jeweils mindestens auf C1-Niveau)
