Indirect Procurement Senior Manager – Marketing (All genders)

Responsibilities

We are representing a fast-growing technology company seeking an Indirect Procurement Senior Manager specializing in Marketing categories. In this role, you will oversee strategic sourcing and contracting across diverse marketing spend areas including offline media, online media, influencer marketing, sponsorships, and retail media.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing end-to-end marketing sourcing processes: conducting supplier market analysis, executing RFx processes, leading negotiations, and finalizing contract awards for high-value projects
• Developing comprehensive category strategies for various marketing categories aligned with business objectives
• Creating and executing sourcing roadmaps in collaboration with headquarters and regional stakeholders to deliver P&L savings and procurement value
• Developing and optimizing the supplier portfolio across multiple markets
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with senior marketing stakeholders to support business growth objectives
• Leading the implementation of procurement best practices, processes, and tools

What We're Looking For

Our ideal candidate brings:

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in marketing procurement or marketing with a commercial focus
• Deep expertise in strategic sourcing methodology, category management, and supplier management
• Excellent analytical capabilities, strong attention to detail, and ability to work independently
• Demonstrated track record of proactive ownership: identifying issues early and driving solutions independently
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including experience preparing and delivering presentations to senior audiences
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with proven ability to build trust and credibility across organizational levels
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments
• Fluent business English proficiency
