Culinary Operations Working Student (all genders)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential food-tech organization seeking a working student to support culinary operations. In this role, you will assist the recipe development team with maintaining and managing culinary data. Working closely with the culinary operations team, you will ensure recipe formulations are accurately documented and datasets are reliably maintained through attention to detail, structure, and careful quality control.

Key responsibilities include:

• Recipe Management: Maintain and update recipe data in internal systems, including short-term recipe adjustments when ingredients change
• Proofreading: Review recipes for correct data points, completeness, and consistency
• Recipe Optimization: Create and verify adaptable recipe variants based on existing recipes
• Data Control: Regularly validate system entries and conduct systematic error analysis and resolution
• Performance Analysis: Support recipe evaluation based on customer feedback and summarize new insights and recurring patterns

What We're Looking For

• Currently enrolled in a degree program related to nutrition, data science, natural sciences, or business
• Passion for food and cooking with foundational culinary understanding (cooking times, flavor profiles, ingredient knowledge) enabling professional assessment and editing of recipes—even without hands-on cooking
• Detail-oriented, reliable, and self-directed work style with enthusiasm for clear structures and careful data maintenance
• Solution-oriented thinking and ability to independently develop logical alternatives
• Fluent German and English language skills (minimum C1 level in both)
