Senior Product Delivery Manager, Production (f/m/x)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential food logistics organization seeking a Senior Product Delivery Manager for their Berlin operations. This hands-on role sits at the intersection of strategic planning and operational execution, requiring you to lead the development and international deployment of next-generation production systems across multiple distribution centers.

In this position, you will:

• Design, evaluate, and refine distribution center layouts, operational workflows, and physical equipment setups for advanced production models
• Drive end-to-end implementation and deployment of production technologies across multiple international fulfillment centers
• Apply Lean management principles to continuously test, optimize, and improve operational setups and production capacity throughout the rollout lifecycle
• Serve as the central coordination point between global engineering, local operations teams, technology departments, and senior leadership across a matrixed international environment
• Identify, structure, and solve complex physical and systematic business problems on the production floor using analytics, engineering principles, and business judgment
• Develop rollout strategies and project plans that enable deployment at scale without disrupting ongoing operations
• Create comprehensive documentation and standardized deployment playbooks to accelerate solution delivery across markets

This is not a traditional desk-based product role. The position requires frequent international travel (approximately 50%) to warehouses across markets, with potential extended stays during critical rollout periods.

What We're Looking For

• Strong track record within production, manufacturing, or supply chain environments
• Demonstrated expertise in distribution center layout design, process design, and equipment optimization
• Deep knowledge of Lean Management principles and continuous improvement methodologies in physical operational settings
• Exceptional project delivery and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and guide cross-functional teams
• Excellent academic credentials with a degree from a top-tier university (Engineering, Supply Chain, or Business degrees strongly preferred)
• Operational or management consulting experience focused on manufacturing/operations projects is highly valued
• Proven ability to deliver significant impact while working independently in unstructured, fast-moving, high-growth environments
• Willingness and interest in frequent international travel
• Professional proficiency in English; German language skills are a plus

Pay
