About This Opportunity
We are representing a confidential IT services organization in Bochum that delivers comprehensive technical solutions to business clients. Our talent team is currently seeking an IT-Systemelektroniker (m/w/d) to join their Technical Services department.
This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified electronics technician who enjoys hands-on work with IT hardware and takes pride in maintaining high service standards. You'll be part of a dedicated team focused on delivering exceptional technical support in a modern workplace environment.
Responsibilities
- Repair and maintenance of IT components including notebooks, PCs, and related hardware
- Modification and expansion of workstation hardware configurations
- Installation and configuration of hardware in both client and server environments
- Independent software installation and configuration tasks
- Troubleshooting hardware and software issues while managing tickets within defined service level agreements
- Performing installation changes and software configurations autonomously
What We're Looking For
- Completed vocational training as IT-Systemelektroniker/in, Informationselektroniker/in, Mechatroniker/in, or equivalent qualification
- Initial experience in maintaining IT components and implementing customer requirements
- Hands-on experience repairing computer hardware (notebooks, PCs)
- Team-oriented working style and strong collaboration skills
- Certifications from manufacturers such as Lenovo, Dell, or Hewlett Packard are advantageous but not required
- German language proficiency required for this role in Bochum
