Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential tech support service provider seeking technical support specialists in Mannheim. You will assist private customers with everyday technical problems at their homes. This is an on-site role, not remote work.

Your responsibilities include:

• Providing in-home technical support to customers with a variety of digital devices and systems
• Troubleshooting issues related to PCs, internet connectivity, smartphones, and home networks
• Handling assignments through a mobile app platform
• Delivering friendly, service-oriented customer interactions
• Working independently to resolve technical challenges across different specializations

• Strong technical understanding and genuine interest in digital devices
• Practical experience with PCs, internet, smartphones, and home network setup
• Excellent communication skills with a friendly, customer-focused approach
• Reliable and self-directed working style
• Ability to travel to customer locations in Mannheim
