Senior New Business Manager

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential marketing services organization seeking a Senior New Business Manager to drive growth and lead complex, high-value opportunities from initial brief through to final presentation.

In this role, you will:

• Lead and own high-value opportunities end-to-end, defining pitch narratives, positioning, and cohesive storytelling throughout
• Design and articulate client solutions, including operating models and value propositions, clearly demonstrating how they work and the value they deliver
• Translate complex inputs into clear, structured, and persuasive client-facing responses
• Develop high-impact written content, including pitch decks, RFI/RFP responses, and presentations, owning the narrative across all materials
• Present and support client-facing sessions, including credentials presentations and pitch meetings
• Lead and align senior stakeholders around a single, cohesive response
• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across multiple teams and partner organizations, enabling effective collaboration
• Collaborate across agencies on integrated, multi-disciplinary opportunities
• Contribute to and help shape commercial strategy, including pricing narrative and value framing
• Monitor competitor activity and industry trends to ensure positioning remains competitive
• Identify opportunities to improve and drive innovation in pitch approach, structure, and delivery
• Mentor and support junior team members, raising standards across the new business function

What We're Looking For

Our client requires a strategic and creative professional with:

• 7+ years of experience in new business or client growth roles within a creative, production, or agency environment
• Exceptional writing and storytelling skills, with the ability to shape clear, persuasive narratives from complex inputs
• Strong strategic thinking, able to translate client challenges into structured, compelling solutions
• Proven experience leading complex pitch or proposal processes end-to-end
• Confident communication skills, with experience presenting to and influencing senior stakeholders
• Highly organized approach, with the ability to manage multiple high-value opportunities and large volumes of content simultaneously
• Strong commercial capability, with experience shaping proposals and contributing to pricing approach, value framing, and commercial models
• Proactive and solutions-oriented mindset, with a strong sense of ownership and drive to deliver outcomes
• Collaborative approach, able to bring together multiple stakeholders and disciplines into a single aligned response
• Strong understanding of the advertising production landscape and broader marketing ecosystem
• Curiosity and engagement with innovation and the evolving content and production landscape
• Strong working knowledge of PowerPoint, Word, and Excel, with a good eye for structure and presentation

Location: London – Hybrid working model (approximately four days per week in office). Flexibility may be discussed during the interview process.
