Team Lead im Customer Success Management (m/w/d)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential healthcare organization seeking a Team Lead in Customer Success Management to join their Berlin office. In this leadership role, you will:

• Lead and develop one of the customer success teams, fostering professional growth and maintaining positive team dynamics
• Oversee your team's support of healthcare professionals throughout their placement journey, from initial contact through successful placement
• Set clear team goals and ensure both operational and strategic objectives are met through effective motivation and guidance
• Match qualified candidates with partner organizations by understanding preferences and aligning them with optimal opportunities
• Ensure your team builds long-term relationships with candidates, maintaining regular contact and sharing relevant new opportunities
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and enhance the candidate experience
• Collaborate with account management to develop tailored solutions that exceed expectations for both candidates and partner organizations
• Maintain accurate documentation of candidate information and ensure key metrics are current and precise

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 4 years of experience in Customer Success Management or sales
• Proven track record of successfully leading teams through coaching, mentoring, and targeted development
• Strong communication skills and empathy, with the ability to explain complex topics clearly and approach people with a solutions-oriented mindset
• Excellent organizational abilities and capacity to manage multiple parallel tasks
• Results-driven approach with focus on team and company goal achievement
• Proactive initiative and creative problem-solving capabilities
• Comfortable with CRM systems, Slack, Zoom, and quick to learn new digital tools
• Hands-on mentality with ability to turn ideas into action
• German language proficiency at C2 level (verified through CV or certificates) for effective communication with decision-makers
