Responsibilities
We are representing a confidential technical support service provider in Nuremberg. You will assist private customers with everyday technical issues at their homes. Through a mobile app, you can browse and accept assignments that match your availability and expertise. Tasks may include troubleshooting PCs, internet connectivity, smartphones, and home networks. This is an on-site role visiting customers in the Nuremberg area—not remote work.
