Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential B2B consulting organization seeking an Event Manager to lead curated client and prospect events while positioning senior leadership on the right industry stages.

In this role, you will own the full event lifecycle for high-touch formats that form part of the go-to-market strategy:

  • Conceptualize and execute curated client events including dinner formats, panel discussions, and bespoke small-scale gatherings developed collaboratively with leadership
  • Manage every detail from guest curation and venue selection to vendor coordination, run-of-show, and on-site delivery
  • Identify speaking opportunities—conferences, panels, podcasts—where the founders should build authority, and manage the application and outreach process
  • Coordinate podcast appearances end-to-end: scheduling, travel logistics, briefing materials, timing, and follow-up
  • Collaborate closely with founders and the leadership team to ensure every format aligns with brand positioning and business objectives

What We're Looking For

  • Completed qualification in event management, communications, marketing, or a comparable field
  • Several years of experience organizing B2B events, ideally curated small formats (dinners, roundtables, panels) rather than large-scale conferences
  • Proven ability to work confidently with senior stakeholders (C-suite, VP-level executives), speaker agencies, and event organizers
  • Strong budget management skills and vendor coordination experience, with the ability to juggle multiple projects and timelines simultaneously
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented approach—from guest lists to the smallest logistical elements
  • Proactive communicator with discretion, excellent judgment for format and guest selection, and a service-oriented mindset
  • Fluent German and very strong English communication skills, written and spoken
