About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential healthcare recruitment organization in their search for a Team Lead in Key Account Management. This is an exciting leadership role based in Berlin, where you'll guide a talented team while driving strategic partnerships with major clients across Germany.

Our client operates a digital platform connecting healthcare professionals with facilities nationwide. They're seeking an experienced sales leader who can blend strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Key Account Managers through coaching, mentoring, and skills development
• Manage strategic relationships with the organization's most important partner companies
• Monitor KPIs and use data-driven approaches to guide your team toward performance targets
• Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities to expand existing accounts
• Optimize processes and develop new strategies to improve placement success rates
• Collaborate with internal teams including Candidate Success Management and Operations to ensure smooth placement processes
• Provide hands-on leadership, stepping in operationally when needed

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience leading a sales or Key Account Management team successfully
• Several years of B2B sales or Key Account Management experience, ideally in recruitment, SaaS, or high-growth environments
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret KPIs and derive actionable strategies
• Confident presence and negotiation skills, with experience influencing C-level decision makers
• High self-motivation and proven ability to close deals while supporting your team
• Proficiency with CRM systems and digital sales tools
• German language skills at C2 level (documented through CV or certificates) required for client and candidate negotiations
• Located in or willing to relocate to Berlin

Work Environment

This is a hybrid position with four days in the Berlin office and one day working from home. The role offers an attractive fixed salary plus uncapped commission based on performance.
