About the Role
As Senior Business Development Manager for Business Intelligence at Coface, you'll own the commercial strategy for growing our BI offerings across key accounts and new market segments. This role bridges our advanced data analytics and insurance intelligence capabilities with the needs of enterprise clients seeking to optimise their decision-making and risk management. You'll work from a remote base in London, collaborating with product, technical, and delivery teams to shape how intelligence solutions reach the market.
What You'll Do
- Identify and develop new commercial opportunities within the business intelligence and data analytics space, targeting growth across enterprise and mid-market segments
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders at prospective and existing client organisations
- Lead the sales pipeline from opportunity qualification through contract closure, working collaboratively with internal technical and product teams
- Develop compelling client propositions and business cases demonstrating the value of our BI solutions to enterprise decision-makers
- Conduct market analysis to identify emerging trends and competitive positioning within the business intelligence sector
- Present solutions and insights to C-suite and senior management at target organisations
- Collaborate with commercial, technical, and operations teams to ensure successful delivery and client satisfaction
Qualifications
- Proven experience in senior business development or enterprise sales, ideally within software, technology, data analytics, or professional services
- Strong understanding of business intelligence, data analytics, or related technology solutions and their commercial applications
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships and close complex, high-value commercial agreements
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences
- Strategic mindset with capability to identify market opportunities and develop commercial growth strategies
- Experience working effectively within remote or distributed team environments
