Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and assist them throughout their shopping journey
• Provide product knowledge and recommendations to help customers make informed decisions
• Process transactions accurately at the till and handle payment methods professionally
• Maintain store displays and ensure products are well-stocked and attractively presented
• Support the wider team with stock management, fitting room operations, and store cleanliness
• Handle customer enquiries and resolve issues with a solution-focused approach
• Contribute to achieving sales targets and promoting store promotions
